After living, working and studying in three different countries over the years I have learnt to embrace change as a constant. In my travels, I've been introduced to many varied cultures and experiences, all of which have helped to shape my outlook and behaviour in my work and personal life.
I began my journey in New Zealand where I enjoyed the freedom of growing up in a beautiful country with grounded values before moving to Australia where the faster pace and challenging character of the country brought my first culture shock.
My travels have taken me to more than 30 countries (some more than once – Italy, you know who you are) introducing me to many varied experiences.
DRIVEN BY CURIOSITY
Driven by curiosity to understand other points of view, I've been a constant traveller (though now based in the UK) who believes in learning throughout life.
Whether as a runner who enjoys the challenge of a half marathon, a university student, resident in a new country or a traveller, these experiences have all taught me how to reach my goals and strive for my dreams.
CORPORATE BACKGROUND
My career began in local government, mid-sized firms and partnerships before I entered the turbulent world of corporate finance. While working in finance, I completed a business degree, an EU Law graduate diploma and a Henley Business School Master of Business Administration degree (MBA).
REAL LIFE EXPERIENCE
Whether working in changing complex environments or helping colleagues through the same crisis or change as I was experiencing. Finding my way through stock market crashes, recessions and booms and being supported and unsupported by good, and not so good, managers. Being on the receiving end of difficult management decisions and having had to make them myself.
I have completed a Post Graduate Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching at Henley Business School and I am a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF)
