Not everyone is ready to be coached, nor am I always the right coach to help someone. There must be a connection between the coach and the client and a readiness for the coachee to be challenged to move forward. 

 

That’s why I always start with a no obligation Exploration Meeting, where we discuss the Coaching Process, the commitments required by both parties and we work to agree together if moving ahead makes sense for both parties.
